Document Management

Firefly can, of course, manage text and pictures on a site. But this is often only a small part of a site's content. A site may also contain a large number of documents - available either as web pages or downloadable as PDFs or text documents.
Firefly is a simple and effective way to manage such content. The site supervisor can add new publications, delete old files and edit relevant information.
Visitors to the site can browse through the publications in a number of ways - by author, title, date or by subject - much as they would when using a computerised catalogue system at a public library.

One government department with whom Zevi Interactive has an on-going relationship, has an extensive on-line catalogue of over a hundred publications - including annual reports, research papers and bulletins.
Firefly enables visitors to browse these publications, with short summaries of each file.
