E-Notification

E-notification allows a visitor to your site to indicate an interest in a service or product you provide and enables specialised, targeted information to be
e-mailed to clients when they want it.
The Firefly system is being used by a rental agency where tenants looking for accommodation in a particular area can submit their name so they can be notified immediately when a house in their price range becomes available. It has also been used by a medical recruiting agency where overseas medical specialists can receive notification when a position in a New Zealand hospital becomes available in the area of their speciality.

Case Study
Legal Tender is a band with many years experience in touring New Zealand. Zevi Interactive designed an e-notification for Legal Tender fans who wanted to be informed when the band played in their area. On the home page of their site, visitors can submit their name, email address and location. Three days before then band plays in a town, Firefly sends out a personalised email to each person on the database in that town (ÒHi Bob! We are playing at the Village Inn on Thursday...Ó). This fully automated system sends another reminder email on the day of the concert.
